COLDPLAY "YELLOW"

Sometimes you start a film restoration job thinking you know exactly what to expect. “Yellow” was one of those. A one take video shot at double speed with the night-to-day and starry sky done in post.

You load the 16mm film on to the scanner. “Hang on, he’s wearing a different jumper here, and who are all these other people?” A call to our client with a “You know you’ve got another full video here?” and a flurry of excitement ensues!
